Fremgangsmåte:
Soak the beans overnight. Boil in fresh water. Warm the oil and fry chopped onion and garlic in it. Chop the tomatoes, or use tinned chopped tomatoes. Add vinegar, tomato, apple juice, lemon slices and bay leaves-let it cook for 20 min. Add the drained beans and the sliced mushrooms and let it cook for a few minutes. Remove the lemon and the bay leaves. Add the chopped peppers. Add spices to taste.
Serve with coarse (white) bread.
