DIRECTION:
Moist and not too sweet, perhaps more of a bread than a loaf cake.
Beat butter and sugar together, add one egg at at a time, and blend in peeled bananas. Add chopped walnuts to the mixture. Spoon batter into greased loaf pan. Put in a pre-warmed oven at 350°F. Bake 1 hour.
