Semolina porridge (semulegrøt).

Direction:

Bring the milk to a boil. Sprinkle the semolina over the milk and whisk until it comes to a boil. Simmer, covered, until the semolina is tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in the butter and season with salt. Serve with sugar.
