1 teaspoon pepper
1 dl (1/3 cup) potato starch
3 tablespoons minced onion
about 5 dl (2 cups) milk

Grind the meat 2-3 times, then mix with the dry ingredients. Gradually add the milk.
Form the mixture into 4 cm (1 ½”) meatballs and simmer in water or stock until throughly cooked, 6 - 8 minutes.
Serve with a light broen gravy, boiled potatoes and vegetables.
