Rice Porridge (risgrynsgrøt).

Direction:

Bring the water to a boil. Add the rice, lower the heat and simmer, covered, until the water is absorbed, 15-20 minutes.
Bring the milk to a boil, then add. Lower the heat, cover and simmer until the rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
