1 ¼ lb. boned chicken, ( f. eks. chicken fillet) oil for fryig 1 tbsp. shredded ginger 1 large onion 1 leek 3 carrots 7 oz. mushrooms 1 cup chicken buillion (cube plus water) 1 cupbean sprouts 1 small can bamboo shoots (8 oz.) 1 tsp. salt ½ white pepper 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Slice the chicken in strips and allow to brown a little in oil with the ginger. Slice the onion and leek in rings, carrots into thin strips and mushrooms into slices. Put ingredients in a wok and pour buillion over. Let cook approx. 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and bamboo shoots. Reheat and add salt to taste, pepper and soy sauce. Serve with rice.
