Direction:

Pour the absinthe into a old fashioned glass. Dipp the barspoon with sugar in the absinthe and light the sugar. Hold it over the glass until it become light caramel colored. Drop into glass.

If the drink start too burn then stir the sugar well. Top with mineralwater. Stir again and serve.
