Bring the milk to a boil.
Melt the butter, stir in the flour. Stir until smooth.
Gradually whisk in the boiling milk. Whisk until smooth.
Simmer 5-10 minutes. Season with salt.
Serve with sugar, cinnamon, butter and glass of milk or juice.
