American Grill Sauce
4 large ears of corn
1 pound of butter
1 quart whole milk or heavy cream
herb butter

American Spareribs with Grilled Corn.

Direction:

Prepare spareribs whole. The meat becomes juicy and is easier to separate after it is completely grilled.

Place the spareribs in a large kettle and fill-up with Coca-cola and water until covered. Cook approx. 30 minutes. Take the spareribs up, cool down and rub them in American grill sauce. Place the spareribs in plastic bags for storage in the refrigerator until the next day.

Cook the corn in milk and butter the day before grilling.

Fire up the grill in good time. Grill the spareribs approx. 15-20 minutes, until the meat gets a nice color and is crisp. Turn the spareribs often. Previousl cooked corn is grilled on a weaker grill fire about 5 to 8 minutes.

Serve spareribs with warm grill sause and corn with salt, pepper and herb butter.
