Direction:

Cut the fish into 2 cm (3/4”) slices. Cut the cabbage into thin wedges. Layer fish and cabbage in a pot, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper. Pour over the water. Simer until the cabbage is cooked, about 15 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
