Direction:

Boil the potatoes without peeling. Cool to roomtemperatur, peel and mash put through ricer. Divide the potetoe mash in two and add wheat until you get a dough that you're able to roll it out.
Divide the dough into balls that you're able to roll out to a dinner-plate size. Must be rolled as thin as possible.

Cook the lefsa on a hot griddle on one side. Brush with a little water on the uncooked side before the lefsa is turned. Turn and cook on the other side. The lefsa should be flecked with brown spots on both sides.

The lefsa should be sprinkled with a little bit of water, put into cloth so it softens up again before it's spread with butter.

Add sugar or sugar icing into room temparatured butter and spread over the lefsa.
