1 ¼ cups wholewheat flour, coarse
¼ cup bran
¼ cup oatmeal
½ tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 ¾ plain yogurt or low fat sour cream

Bake in oven:  425°F, approx. 12 minutes

Quick and easy to bake, with yeast. They are good and coarse also.

Mix all the dry ingredients and stir in yogurt or sour cream. Separate dough into four sections. Roll dough out into circles on baking paper or greased baking sheet. Make cross marks over each without cutting completely through. Bake at 425°F approx. 12 mins.

Remove from baking sheet. Let cool on wire rack.
