Warm butter and milk. Mix with soured cream into a bowl. Add 500 g (18 ounces, 8 1/4 dl, 3 1/2 cups) wheat flour and stir until you get a nice dough. Cover the bowl with cloth. Work the dough with more wheat if needed. Divide into ca. 20 pieces. Roll out as thin as possible. Cook on a warm griddle until both sides are flecked with brown spots. Best serveved with butter and sugar.
