1 ¼ tbsp. yeast
1 cup warm milk
¼ cup butter

Mix sugar and salt. The yeast loosens up in a little milk. Pour in remaining milk and the other ingredients.
Mix well and let rise 1 hr.

Knead the dough and turn onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough out into 1 inch thickness. Butter the surface and fold the dough over 3 times. Roll out dough, butter surface and fold 4 times. Roll out again one last time and cut into triangles. Grease baking sheet. Roll triangles up and place on baking sheet to rise 15-20 minutes.

Bake approx. 12-15 minutes at 525°F.
