10 dl (2 cups) soured cream
100 g (3 1/2 ounces, 1 1/4 dl, 3/4 cup) rye flour
ca 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) wheat

Boil, peel and mash the potetoes two times. Add butter and mix. Add sour cream and mix well together. Let it stay over the night in a cool place.
The day after, add as much wheat as you need so you get a good dough. Divide the dough into ca 40 balls and place cold. Roll out the balls as thin as possible and as fast as possible. Cooked on both sides on a warm griddle. Should be flecked with brown spots on both sides. Best served with butter and sugar.
